INCEPTION responds to key challenges faced by vocational education systems, including fragmentation between initiatives, limited cross-project collaboration, and difficulties in achieving long-term sustainability and formal recognition of training programmes. To address these challenges, INCEPTION brings together five complementary Centres of Vocational Excellence that form the foundation of a new European alliance for collaboration and innovation.

36-Month Work Plan Execution
The project is implemented over 36 months (April 2026 – March 2029) through a structured work plan combining research, development, pilot activities, and dissemination.
